Our Team
Bryan Morera, Esq.
Bryan Morera is the founder of Morera Law Group and concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation and international business disputes. A passionate litigator, Mr. Morera has argued a wide array of legal and procedural issues, from the customary to complex dispositive motions, before state and federal courts. Outside of the courtroom, Mr. Morera has represented clients in the negotiation of settlements, both inside and outside of mediation, and has taken and defended hundreds of depositions. On the transactional side, Mr. Morera has negotiated, drafted, and reviewed countless contracts, assisted with residential and commercial real estate deals, and advised a wide array of clients. Mr. Morera most prides himself on being able to help his clients during their time of need and providing the best service possible by going the extra mile.
Mr. Morera is a proud double-Panther, having earned both his Bachelor’s degree and his Juris Doctor degree from Florida International University. While in law school, Mr. Morera made the Dean’s List multiple times, reflecting his commitment to academic success, and he interned for Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Jose M. Rodriguez and Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Veronica Diaz.
Mr. Morera is admitted to practice law in Florida state courts and in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. He is a member of the Young Lawyers Section and the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar, and is also a member of the Cuban American Bar Association (CABA) and the Dade County Bar Association. In 2024, he was elected to serve as Councilman and Vice Mayor for the Town Miami Lakes. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
Stephanie Dias
Stephanie Dias is a law clerk at Morera Law Group with a deep passion for litigation and a meticulous eye for detail. With a sharp instinct for procedural strategy, Ms. Dias thrives on the precision and clarity required in high-stakes legal writing. Ms. Dias is currently pursuing her Juris Doctor at St. Thomas University College of Law.
Ms. Dias brings broad experience in civil and immigration matters, having drafted complex litigation documents, assisted in case management, prepared settlement demands, and supported clients through every stage of legal proceedings. She has also assisted in the handling of federal filings and worked extensively with artist and investor visas, giving her a unique cross-border perspective on legal advocacy. Her passion for litigation was shaped by the teachings of Miami-Dade County Court Judge Linda Singer Stein, whose course at St. Thomas Law introduced Ms. Dias to the intricacies of civil litigation.
Born and raised in Brazil, Ms. Dias brings a rich cultural heritage and a rich global perspective to her legal work. Ms. Dias earned her Bachelor’s Degree in International and Global Studies from the University of Central Florida, where she was active in the Brazilian Student Association. At St. Thomas Law, she is a proud member and Secretary of the Air & Space Law Society.
Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish, Ms. Dias combines cultural fluency with legal precision, bringing clarity, rigor, and a client-first mindset to every matter she touches.
